All orders ship within Canada only
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5pm EST. All orders placed before 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST on business days will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day. If you place an order Friday night processing will begin Monday morning.
We do not deliver goods to P.O. boxes.
While we always endeavour to process orders within 24 hrs of placement during peak shipping times, however please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement during peak times.

- Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
- Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All tracking information is emailed within 24 hours after order is shipped.
For lost packages or to obtain proof of delivery, refer to your tracking number or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.

Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized in the checkout page and on your order confirmation.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible at 1-833-312-7725. If the status is still in process, we will be able to cancel it.
If you need to contact us outside of our business hours, please send an email to email@example.com and write in the subject of the email « CANCELATION OF ORDER #0012345 ».
Please note that we ship the majority of our orders in 24 hours. If the order that you wish to cancel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
Refusing Delivery of a package, not claiming a package or wrong address
If an order is refused at the door during delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense. The same outcome will occur if the package is undeliverable because no one is home during the multiple delivery attempts, or the package is not picked up from the local post/courier office after a certain number of days.
Parcels delivered to a faulty address because of a client’s mistake or from which the address was incomplete will also be returned to Craft Sports Canada, at the customers expense.
Other than the refusal of a parcel because it was damaged during the transportation or from a faulty address, Craft Sports Canada is not responsible for any shipping fee, broker fees or any other tax fees related to the return of a parcel to our warehouse.
If we refuse the return of your items or if you have given us a faulty shipping address and we need to re-ship your parcel, a $25 fee will be charged to cover the re-shipping charges. We will contact you if this occurs. If we have not heard back from you within 10 business days, we will refund the order minus the shipping fees.
If your order returns to us as “Return to Sender” and you do not wish to have this package resent to you and prefer a refund, we will deduct $15 from your refund to cover the return shipping fees.
Returns may be mailed back for a refund within 30 days of original receipt of the product if:
- The product is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and not used in any way
- The product is in its original, undamaged packing (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- All tags are attached and intact
- You are allowed to try on the garment and/or shoes for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
- You have kept your proof of postage – in case the return is lost in transit
IMPORTANT: If you send us your returns without contacting customer service and acquiring the return number, we may not be able to process your return, and cannot guarantee a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The sender will be responsible for all return shipment costs.
Clearance items at 50% off and more are a Final Sale and no returns are possible
The following items cannot be returned: , briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants, chamois, (bike shorts and bibs with inner pad)
A return address will be provided once the claim has been approved.
Once you have shipped your item back for a refund, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Any unauthorized return of Craft product, (product that was not directly purchased from craftsports.ca), will not be accepted or processed at our processing center. Please contact the retailer where the original purchase was made.
Product purchased on craftsports.ca cannot be returned at any retail location whether in Canada or outside of Canada. All online returns must be processed via our return policy by contacting our online customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept exchanges, you can however, request to return your items as per the above return policy.
Items purchased online at craftsports.ca can be submitted for warranty review within 1 year from the date of purchase.
For warranty related issues on items purchased directly from craftsports.ca, please contact Craft Sports Canada at email@example.com and provide pictures of the item to be warrantied, a brief description of the issue and copy of the original receipt. Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Craft Sports Canada.
Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for Craft Sports Canada.
Warranty related issues on items purchased through an authorized Craft dealer need to be directed to the original point of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Defective items that fall under Craft Sports Canada’s warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge, if that item is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item.
